Centrally based at our main Colebrook Street offices in Winchester you will be working in a busy fast-moving department, receiving telephone calls, face to face enquiries, email, and web queries for all the Councils Response Repairs, being the first point of contact for our customers. There is scope for Hybrid working following successful completion of induction training. This is an exciting role for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service. We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Repairs Advisor working within our Customer Support Team. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer and stakeholder enquiries, processing repair requests to our agreed priorities and monitoring progress. Liaising with customers, surveyors, contractors to schedule appointments to ensure timely completion and follow up on repairs enquiries. Ensure excellent service is delivered, aligned with Winchester City Council's core values, our policies and procedures.
