About the Role
Margav Energy is expanding and hiring Field Sales Representatives to promote and sell solar energy systems and renewable energy solutions to homeowners and small businesses.
This is a commission-only sales role with uncapped earning potential — ideal for ambitious, self-motivated individuals who enjoy face-to-face interaction, closing deals, and helping customers save money through clean energy.
You’ll represent a growing, mission-driven company at the forefront of the UK renewable energy and solar power industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet pre-qualified leads and potential customers face-to-face in your local area
- Present the financial, environmental, and long-term benefits of solar panels and energy-efficiency products
- Conduct basic site assessments to understand customer energy needs
- Deliver tailored solar proposals and manage the entire sales process from initial contact to installation booking
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive referrals and repeat business
- Keep up-to-date with solar technology, renewable energy incentives, and industry trends
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in solar energy, home improvements, utilities, telecoms, or insurance
- Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated, confident, and goal-oriented personality
- Comfortable working in a commission-only, performance-based role
- Ability to plan and manage your own schedule effectively
- Access to reliable transport and willingness to travel locally
Nice-to-Have
- Knowledge of solar energy systems, energy efficiency, or green technologies (training provided)
