This is a hands-on role overseeing the day-to-day running of our warehouse. You’ll support the team, maintain stock accuracy, and ensure all goods in and out are handled safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support the daily warehouse operations
• Oversee and assist with loading and unloading of vehicles
• Pick and pack customer orders when required
• Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records
• Maintain health and safety standards in the warehouse
• Use a Reach truck (licence preferred)
• Provide cover for the Warehouse Manager when needed
• Liaise with transport companies and suppliers
• Supervise and support the warehouse operative

The Person

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in warehouse work (supervisory experience ideal)
• Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
• Organised, with great attention to detail
• Calm under pressure and good with deadlines
• A strong communicator with good customer service skills
• Able to work well in a small team and take initiative
