Insurance Sales Advisor

Salary: £36,000 OTE

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our telephony-based team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective communication and relationship building.

About the Role:

As an Insurance Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets
• Identify new business opportunities and build a strong client base
• Present products or services to potential clients.
• Handling enquiries professionally via phone or email.
• Managing workloads efficiently to ensure impeccable service levels are maintained.
• Conduct "fact finding" reviews to establish clients’ demands and needs.
• Accurately present information gathered to insurers for comprehensive and competitive rates.

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
