Business Development Manager

Location: Remote or Hybrid (London E14 HQ)
Contract: Full‑time, 9am–5pm
Realistic OTE: £60,000 (negotiable)

About the role

This is a target-driven role with a consultative approach. You’ll be responsible for generating new business, growing existing/dormant accounts, and ensuring clients achieve measurable outcomes through STL’s training solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Achieve agreed revenue and activity targets through structured, consultative selling.
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline from prospecting to close.
• Understand client needs and shape practical, outcome-focused proposals.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and open to learning how to use AI tools to improve efficiency.
• Work closely with sales support, management and training team to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.

What you’ll bring

• Proven experience in B2B sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with CRM systems, Microsoft 365, and open to learning AI tools.
• A collaborative mindset — you value teamwork as much as results.
