Travel Consultant – Competitive Salary + Benefits – West Sussex, PO21 2NL

The Role

Do you have experience selling cruises and worldwide tailormade holidays? Are you looking for a varied role in a busy, customer-focused travel office?

Woods are looking for a Travel Consultant/Agent to join our friendly sales office in Bognor Regis. This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 17:30. You will also work approximately two Saturdays out of four, with a day off in lieu during the week to balance your hours.

In this role you will be supporting customers with holiday bookings, including day excursions, cruises, and overseas trips, as well as carrying out the necessary administration.

Please note, applicants MUST have previous travel agency experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Selling holidays, day excursions, cruises and worldwide travel options
• Handling customer enquiries both face-to-face and over the phone
• Managing bookings and processing related administration
• Working across both travel agency and coach tour operations

The Person

• Previous travel sales experience is required, ideally in cruising or worldwide holidays
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Confident in handling bookings and administration
• A positive, organised and reliable team member
