Key Responsibilities:

Coordination:

  • Collaborate with other team members on the sales and operations team.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments.
  • Assist with special projects and tasks as needed.

Inventory Management:

  • Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing inventory.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and updates.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and transactions.

  Order Fulfillment:

  • Receive orders via phone, email, website.
  • Ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of orders.
  • Coordinate with delivery personnel and customers for order dispatch.

Maintenance:

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of facilities.
  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance of warehouse.

 Safety:

  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols.
  • Identify and report any safety hazards or incidents.
  • Participate in safety training and drills.

 Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of activities.
  • Prepare and update documents.
  • Assist with data entry and record-keeping tasks.
