Business Development Executive – Print Services – $60,000 plus uncapped commission – Orlando, FL 

The Role

Are you great at building client relationships and closing new business? Do you have proven experience in the print industry and a track record in outside sales? We’re looking for a confident and driven individual to join our team in Business Development Print Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell print services to both new and existing clients.
• Develop and follow strategic sales plans to grow revenue.
• Set up and attend client meetings and sales presentations.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities, mileage, and expenses.
• Research and support new product ideas when needed.
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
• Maintain a professional image and approach in all business dealings.
• Provide reporting on promotional material usage and product performance.

The Person

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has 3–5 years of outside sales experience, preferably in print.
• Is confident generating new business and maintaining client relationships.
• Enjoys prospecting and cold calling.
• Can deliver clear, persuasive sales presentations.
• Works well independently and stays organized.
