What You’ll Do

As an Apartment Property Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind your community’s success—leading your team, maximizing financial performance, and ensuring a top-tier resident experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead & Develop a high-performing team, including Leasing Agents & Maintenance Staff
  • Drive Property Performance by meeting occupancy, revenue, and expense goals
  • Implement Marketing Strategies to attract and retain residents
  • Ensure Compliance with Fair Housing Laws, lease agreements, and company policies
  • Build Relationships with residents to maintain a positive community environment
  • Oversee Maintenance & Operations to ensure well-kept, fully functional properties
  • Utilize Property Management Software (ResMan or similar) to track performance
  • Manage Budgets & Financial Reporting to maximize NOI and property value
  • Drive Leasing Efforts to maintain high occupancy rates and resident satisfaction

What You Bring

  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) is required
  • Experience managing 1960-1980s B & C class Multifamily properties
  • 3+ years of experience in property management, with proven leadership skills
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets & expenses
  • Expertise in leasing, marketing, and resident relations
  • Proficiency in ResMan or similar property management software
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws & property regulations
  • Ability to problem-solve, multitask, and drive results
  • A motivated, team-first attitude with a passion for creating great communities
