MAB New Homes is a specialist brokerage in the UK new homes sector. We are hiring a New Build Mortgage & Protection Adviser to support our growing network.

The role

You will manage new build buyers from first enquiry through to completion. You’ll work closely with housebuilder teams, helping more customers secure their homes while increasing your own earnings through strong conversion.

Weekend work is part of the role, supporting busy sales periods and site events.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clear mortgage advice to new build buyers, including scheme-led purchases
• Qualify buyers quickly to help secure reservations and keep sales moving
• Manage your pipeline end-to-end, keeping cases on track to completion
• Offer protection solutions to improve customer outcomes and increase case value
• Build strong relationships with site teams to maximise lead flow and conversions
• Keep accurate and compliant records in line with FCA standards
• Share regular updates on progress, helping partners track performance

The person

• CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
• CAS status
• Experience with residential mortgages and protection advice
• Confident communicator who can build trust quickly
• Organised and able to manage a busy pipeline independently

• New build experience
• Strong focus on converting leads into completions while maintaining quality
