Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
• Ensure orders are accurate and delivered on time
• Support ERP system rollout and encourage strong adoption across the team
• Improve processes to increase efficiency and scalability
• Maintain high inventory accuracy through structured controls
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies with a root-cause approach
• Lead, guide, and develop warehouse staff
• Set clear expectations and maintain performance standards
• Identify and implement improvements to layout, workflows, and productivity

The Person

• Proven experience in a Warehouse Manager or similar leadership role
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control
• Experience with ERP or warehouse systems is highly beneficial
• Confident leading teams and managing change
• Organised, analytical, and solutions-focused
• Clear communicator with strong listening skills
• Able to build a positive, high-performing team environment
