Position: Full-time Receptionist
Location: Fayetteville, Arkansas (this is not a remote opportunity)
Salary: $35,000-$37,000 per year + Benefits Package

The Role:
As Receptionist in this busy office setting, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors and will play a key role in keeping our front-office and account-support operations running smoothly. You will manage a busy phone line with professionalism and warmth, assist customers with orders and inquiries, support our accounts-receivable process, and collaborate with colleagues to improve workflow and client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and answer incoming calls in a friendly, professional manner.
- Assist customers with service-calls, toner orders and account inquiries.
- Support accounts-receivable using our FM Audit system for meter-collection tasks.
- Work with team members to review and improve office service processes.
- Maintain a professional appearance and upbeat image that reflects our AAA brand.
- Learn and use our document-management software to assist clients and staff.
The Person (must-haves & preferred):
- Minimum 2+ years in a professional office environment, including handling phone-line collections (preferred).
- Experience managing a high-volume phone line and recording accurate information in computer systems (preferred).
- Familiarity with e-automate, FM Audit systems or e-Views reporting is a plus.
- Highly organized, able to prioritise multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working both independently and with team members.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Professional appearance and a positive, approachable manner.
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
