The Role

We’re hiring a National Program Manager to oversee religious services at six ICE detention facilities. This full-time leadership role requires coordination, oversight, and regular site visits. You’ll serve as the main liaison with federal partners and ensure high standards across all locations.

This is a part-time, W2 contract position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise chaplains and site Program Managers
• Ensure contract compliance and consistent religious programming
• Serve as liaison with ICE representatives
• Visit each facility at least twice a year
• Oversee staffing and personnel coverage

The Person

You should:

• Have 10+ years of experience in religion, social work, logistics, or volunteer coordination
• Be a confident communicator and organized leader
• Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and discretion
• Be fluent in English and Spanish
