Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Support

  • Assist in leading, mentoring, and supporting the nursery team
  • Foster a collaborative and positive working environment
  • Support recruitment, induction, and staff development

Operational Excellence

  • Maintain high standards of care, education, and safety
  • Help oversee the implementation of the EYFS curriculum
  • Assist with daily operational and compliance tasks

Financial & Administrative Support

  • Assist in fee management, budget monitoring, and invoicing
  • Track performance against agreed targets and nursery goals

Family & Community Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and carers
  • Ensure families feel informed, involved, and valued

  • Lead by example, promoting a supportive and positive work culture
  • Encourage staff wellbeing and professional development

The Ideal Candidate:
