Key Responsibilities:

• Run monthly payroll for 26+ employees
• Manage freelancer invoicing
• Maintain accurate records using Xero
• Process purchase invoices and receipts
• Reconcile company cards and carry out internal checks
• Raise sales invoices and monitor accounts receivable
• Handle credit control, including chasing outstanding payments
• Liaise with client finance teams
• Reconcile multiple accounts in Xero
• Assist with month-end processes
• Support financial tracking across projects

The Person

We’re looking for a Finance Assistant who is organised, proactive and confident working with numbers.

You’ll need:

• 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong working knowledge of Xero
• Payroll experience (SAGE or Xero preferred)
• Good understanding of credit control
• Experience supporting month-end
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups)
• High attention to detail
• Confidence working independently

Working towards AAT, CIMA, or ACCA is expected.
