Capricorn Financial – London’s largest independent mortgage brokerage – is growing our Hong Kong team. We specialise in helping both UK and international clients secure UK property finance.

This is a commission-only, office-based sales role offering exceptional earning potential and the chance to work with ultra-high-net-worth individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising clients throughout Asia Pacific on obtaining UK mortgage finance
• Managing relationships with HNW and UHNW clients
• Working with high-quality, pre-qualified leads from FTSE100 partners
• Delivering outstanding service from initial contact through to completion
• Participating in structured training and ongoing professional development
• Collaborating with experienced professionals to deliver optimal results

What We Look For:

• Knowledge of the UK property market or UK financial services experience.
• Cantonese and English-speaking skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Confident, resourceful, and proactive with excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: Commission-only contract with uncapped earnings.

• First-year earnings: HKD 570,000 - HKD 950,000.
• From year two onwards: HKD 1,200,000+ achievable.
