At Richford Motor Services, you will join our 24-hour Breakdown Recovery Centre as an Emergency Breakdown Customer Service Advisor, with full training and support from day one The role This is not a typical call centre role. Every call is different, and you are the one leading it. You will be the first person someone speaks to when they are stuck at the roadside. You will quickly understand what has happened, keep them calm, and make sure the right help is on the way without delay. Your 4 on, 4 off shift pattern means you can properly plan your life, with built-in time off every week rather than waiting for weekends or annual leave. Key Responsibilities
