As a Paralegal – Probate, you’ll be a key part of the firm’s estate administration team. You’ll help ensure matters progress smoothly from initial filing through to final distribution. Your organisation and attention to detail will keep everything on track, while your professionalism will provide clients with reassurance during sensitive times.

You’ll work closely with attorneys on a variety of probate and estate administration matters, strengthening your technical knowledge and building confidence in a role where your contribution truly matters.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Coral Gables, offering clear opportunities for progression as the firm continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with all stages of probate and estate administration matters
• Prepare and file probate documents, including petitions, inventories, and accountings
• Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, and third parties in a professional and empathetic manner
• Maintain accurate and well-organised case files and track key deadlines
• Coordinate asset collection, valuations, and distributions
• Support attorneys with document drafting, correspondence, and case management
• Liaise with courts and other external parties to ensure smooth case progression

The Person

To succeed as a Paralegal – Probate, you will bring:
