The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead commercial projects using Revit from schematics through construction
• Produce sharp 3D visuals that bring your ideas to life for clients
• Direct site planning and make sure projects meet zoning and code requirements
• Manage contractor bidding and selection to keep builds on track

The Person

• Licensed Architect or eligible for licensure within 3 months
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture
• 10+ years of hands-on commercial project experience
• Expert in Revit, AutoCAD, and design software
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on efficiency and results
• Solid grasp of commercial construction methods
