The Role

We’re on the lookout for a hands-on Marketing Executive who’s ready to get stuck in. You’ll help bring campaigns to life across digital, social and retail channels. Whether it’s launching a new product, running a TikTok Live, or crafting content that grabs attention, you’ll be right in the mix.

You won’t just be following briefs – you’ll be part of shaping them.

What You'll Be Doing

• Running campaigns that boost brand awareness and sales
• Coordinating influencer partnerships and live social events
• Supporting product launches and promotional plans
• Creating and updating content across websites and social media
• Keeping an eye on what competitors are doing and spotting opportunities
• Helping with samples, stock coordination and customer orders
• Proofreading and reviewing marketing materials

What We’re Looking For

You should have:

• At least 2 years of marketing experience in a similar role
• Confidence managing different projects at once
• Working knowledge of Canva, Adobe or similar tools
• A collaborative approach and strong communication skills
• Your own car and be based locally to Watford

It would be great if you also have:

• A genuine interest in beauty or personal care
• Some experience with ecommerce or email platforms
• Awareness of natural haircare trends
• A marketing qualification or related degree
