Role Overview
As a Remote Travel Concierge, you will curate and manage luxury travel experiences, including booking flights, accommodations, tours, and transportation. You’ll provide white-glove service throughout the customer journey, ensuring seamless and memorable experiences.

- Full-time, 8-hour shifts with a fixed schedule (up to 40 hours/week).

Schedule Requirements
- Must be available for full-time work.
- Afternoon, evening, and weekend availability required.
What You Bring
- A customer-first mindset with a professional and positive attitude.
- Strong multitasking and internet navigation skills.
- Experience in a fast-paced call center environment (inbound/outbound via phone and email).
- Ability to remain composed under pressure and handle escalated situations.
- In-depth knowledge of the travel industry, including destinations, airlines, hotels, and visa requirements.
- Previous experience in luxury, adventure, or family travel (personal or professional).
Work-from-Home Requirements
- Private, distraction-free home office with a lockable door.
- MUST have a Smart Phone that can operate the most up to date operating system.
- High-speed hard wired ethernet internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload). Please note that you cannot use Wi-Fi or Wi-Fi Pods/extenders.
- No satellite internet connections.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Travel & Tourism diploma preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
- At least 1 year of call center experience.
- Background check required.
- Hospitality or travel industry experience is a plus.
