 The Role

Do you have the skills to build and manage a successful team while generating new leads?

We’re looking for a Field Marketing Manager to drive lead generation through shows, events, and targeted canvassing.

This is a full-time role offering top industry pay and a drama-free workplace.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for coordinating our attendance at three upcoming shows (January and March) and managing related duties, including setup and engaging with attendees to secure leads and appointments. Beyond the events, you’ll oversee targeted canvassing efforts around our 500+ completed projects in West Michigan.

This role is key to building and managing a 3–4-person canvassing team to maximize new lead generation. You'll work from your private office, using provided assets such as a mobile phone to support your efforts.
