We are now expanding our Hong Kong office and are looking for high-calibre individuals to join a performance-driven environment with genuine six-figure earning potential. 

The Opportunity

This is not a traditional advisory role.

It’s a high-performance, commission-based position designed for individuals who want to build a long-term, high-income career within a proven platform.

You will be advising HNW and UHNW clients across Asia Pacific on UK property finance, supported by a consistent flow of high-quality, pre-qualified leads and a full operational infrastructure. 

What You’re Walking Into

• 8-10 qualified client opportunities per week from established introducer relationships 
• Access to FTSE100 developers, estate agencies, and corporate partners
• Compliance and case management support 
• Structured onboarding, training, and ongoing development

Earnings Potential

• Year 1: HKD 570,000 – 950,000 (based on performance and conversion)
• Year 2+: HKD 1,200,000+ achievable
• Top performers exceed this through repeat business and introducer relationships

Your earnings are directly driven by your performance — with no ceiling. 

Your Role

• Advise Asia-based clients on UK mortgage and property finance solutions
• Manage the full client journey from initial enquiry through to completion
• Build and maintain relationships with HNW and UHNW clients
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure efficient deal progression
• Continuously develop your market knowledge and advisory capability 

We Are Selective – You’ll Likely Have

• 2–5+ years’ experience in sales, banking, property, or financial services
• A proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets
• Strong commercial drive and motivation for high earnings
• Confidence working with high-value clients
• Fluent Cantonese and English (Mandarin advantageous)
• High energy, resilience, and a performance mindset
