IT Technician - Rincon, GA | Monday – Friday | 7:00am – 4:00pm | Onsite

Are you an experienced IT professional with 3–5 years of hands-on technical support? Do you have strong Microsoft 365 and advanced Excel skills, along with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems in a warehouse and office environment?

The role

Lion Brand Yarn Company is seeking a skilled IT Technician to support our Rincon, GA office and warehouse operations. Reporting to the VP of IT & DC Operations, this role is responsible for delivering reliable technical and EDI support to internal users.

You will help maintain secure and efficient IT operations while supporting infrastructure, warehouse technologies, and automation-related systems. This position plays a key part in keeping daily operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide IT Help Desk and EDI support for internal users.
• Deploy, configure, and support workstations, printers, and handheld scanning devices.
• Monitor inbound and outbound EDI transactions and resolve issues promptly.
• Reconcile EDI transactions with eCommerce portals, VANS, and trading partners.
• Set up and onboard new EDI trading partners.
• Assist with server support, network access points, and Wi-Fi testing.
• Troubleshoot system issues related to machinery, robotics, automation schedules, and warehouse systems.
• Document and escalate recurring technical issues and process gaps.

The person

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of IT experience.
• Hands-on experience with EDI applications.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with enterprise-level ERP systems.
• Familiarity with cross-platform integrations and warehouse systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• CompTIA A+ and/or Network+ certifications preferred.
• Comfortable working onsite in a warehouse and office setting.
