The Role

  • You won’t just be filing paperwork. You’ll be organising, problem-solving, and driving the smooth day-to-day running of the business. Your tasks will help you build a strong foundation in admin, logistics, and marketing support:
  • Own the creation of sales and shipping documents—boosting your precision and confidence in managing key records
  • Keep dispatches running on time by scheduling freight and tracking shipping schedules
  • Update customer files and route leads so the sales team can respond faster and close more deals
  • Manage billing and deposits, growing your financial admin skills
  • Support company events and keep promotional materials ready—giving you hands-on marketing experience

The Person

You’ll enjoy this role if you:

  • Have an associate degree or at least 2 years’ experience in admin
  • Use Microsoft Office and CRM tools with confidence
  • Stay organised, manage your time well, and communicate clearly
  • Are dependable, proactive, and happy to pitch in where needed
  • Can occasionally stay later when the job calls for it
  • Hold a valid driver’s licence with a safe driving record
