Languages: Mandarin and English required; Cantonese a strong plus

The Person

  • 8+ years in jewelry retail, with 5+ years leading sales teams
  • Strong leadership skills and a track record of developing people
  • Excellent at building customer relationships that drive repeat business
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Confident with POS systems, Microsoft tools, and mobile devices
  • Willing to work weekends on a rotation
