Area Sales Trainee – £26,000 + Benefits – Wiltshire & South Wales (Field Based)

The role This full-time, permanent position covers Wiltshire, nearby counties and South Wales. You’ll be mainly out in the field and occasionally in the office, learning directly from our National Sales Manager and Sales Director.

You’ll fast-track your knowledge and confidence by:

• Shadowing senior sales leaders to understand how to close deals and build customer trust
• Visiting mainly wholesale customers and occasionally contractors to learn how to spot opportunities and grow business
• Supporting the sales team with daily tasks to build strong foundations in the sales cycle
• Gaining product knowledge so you can present with confidence
• Exploring all areas of the business to build commercial awareness
