Capricorn Financial, London’s largest independent mortgage brokerage, is growing its footprint in Singapore. We're looking for motivated individuals to join our team and support HNW and UHNW clients with tailored mortgage advice for UK real estate.

This is a commission-only position offering outstanding earning potential, expert training, and the chance to develop your own book of business within a fast-growing and respected firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients across the Asia Pacific region on securing financing for their UK property purchases.
• Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients.
• Handle quality leads provided by FTSE100 introducers.
• Guide clients through the mortgage process from initial enquiry to completion.
• Participate in intensive training to develop your skills and progress in your role.
• Work alongside industry experts to maximise business opportunities and ensure client satisfaction.

What We Look For:

• Interest or experience in UK property or financial services is an advantage
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work efficiently under pressure
• Articulate, confident communicator with a proactive attitude
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
• Fluent in English; additional language skills (e.g. Mandarin/Cantonese) are a plus.

Salary: Commission-only contract with uncapped earnings.

• First-year earnings: SGD 80,000 - SGD 100,000.
• From year two onwards: SGD 200,000+ achievable.
