We're looking for an Electrical Engineer to join our growing team in Bremerton, WA. In this role, you’ll support quality engineering deliverables and play a key part in our efforts supporting U.S. military maritime operations. You'll work both independently and as part of a close-knit team, with occasional opportunities to travel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and approve engineering and technical deliverables
  • Lead and mentor junior engineers and designers when needed
  • Perform detailed electrical engineering analysis
  • Ensure quality standards across all engineering outputs
  • Interact directly with clients on project needs and deliverables
  • Create and revise drawings in AutoCAD
  • Assist Project Managers with customer relationships and project growth
  • Travel up to 10% (domestic and international)

The Person

  • Prior experience with US Navy, USCG, or MSC vessels
  • Familiarity with NAVSEA design standards
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and within a team
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Must be eligible for or able to maintain a Secret-level security clearance
  • Experience in any of the following is a plus: Internal Communications, Power & Light, Electronics, or Combat Systems
