The Role

The successful candidate will have a passion for furniture and interior design with the drive and commitment to manage an expanding showroom.

We’re looking for an experienced Showroom Manager to lead our vibrant Clapham showroom. You will oversee the day-to-day running of the showroom, ensuring it looks its best and operates efficiently. You will be responsible for driving sales, managing a small team and maintaining excellent customer service standards.

You will also play a key role in presenting our collections beautifully, keeping up with interior trends and engaging customers both in-store and online.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in retail management and a flair for visual merchandising to take ownership of a thriving showroom environment and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The working schedule for this role is Wednesday to Sunday and Monday - Friday once per month.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, support and motivate the showroom team to meet and exceed targets.
  • Maintain high standards of presentation and visual merchandising.
  • Oversee the end-to-end customer sales journey.
  • Manage staff rotas and cover when needed.
  • Conduct product training across departments.
  • Increase showroom traffic through creative marketing and social media activity.
  • Work closely with other teams to align on product launches and promotions.
  • Respond to customer enquiries via email and live chat during quieter times.
  • Report customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the experience.

The Person

We’re looking for someone confident, organised, and proactive, who enjoys leading from the front. You’ll bring:

  • Previous experience as a Showroom Manager, Assistant Manager or Store Manager.
  • Strong people and communication skills.
  • A structured approach to organisation and multitasking.
  • Great attention to detail and initiative to solve problems.
  • Experience with visual merchandising and customer service.
