As a Grants Office Administrator at PV Generation, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring our customers’ grant applications are processed smoothly and efficiently.

 This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing renewable energy company, working alongside a supportive team that values collaboration, quality, and integrity. This role covers maternity leave, with the opportunity to become a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for all incoming calls in relation to customer queries on their grant application and the grants process
  • Oversee and act as the lead contact with all BER assessors, ensuring all assessments and documentation are provided in allocated time frames
  • Ensure all necessary documents for customer grant applications have been received from our installation teams
  • Complete and submit all NC6 & NC7 forms as required to the relevant body
  • Regular upload of grant applications to government online portals
  • Regular update of our internal CRM system logging records accurately
  • Provide administrative assistance to department managers as needed

The Person

  • Extremely organised with a meticulous eye for detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • High level of computer literacy.
  • The ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in the solar industry desirable but not essential.
