Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all communications and administration tasks comply with company and FCA guidelines.
• Manage workloads efficiently, both for yourself and the team, to meet individual and company standards.
• Support other teams as needed to achieve sales, renewal, service, and administration goals.
• Keep your product and industry knowledge up to date and undertake continuous professional development.
• Contribute to team effectiveness by suggesting improvements to systems and processes.
• Maintain high standards of presentation, both for company materials and your workspace.

The Person

• Strong administration and organisational skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work effectively in a team.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• IT literate and able to work confidently across different systems.
• Preferably, experience and product knowledge in the insurance industry.
• Customer service experience is advantageous.
• Keen eye for detail & accuracy.
