The Role

We are looking for a motivated Team Leader to oversee our Deck & Sunroom Builders. In this role, you’ll lead a team of professionals, ensuring that every project meets the highest quality standards while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead and mentor a team of builders in constructing decks and sunrooms from start to finish.
✅ Oversee daily operations on-site, ensuring deadlines are met and quality is maintained.
✅ Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and ensure their satisfaction.
✅ Conduct inspections to ensure all work meets building codes and regulations.
✅ Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
✅ Provide hands-on guidance and training to ensure team success.

The Ideal Candidate
✔ 5+ years of experience in carpentry, framing, or a similar construction field
✔ Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
✔ Strong understanding of carpentry, framing, and deck/sunroom construction techniques
✔ Detail-oriented with a focus on precision and quality
✔ Physically fit and comfortable working in various weather conditions
✔ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
✔ Valid Driver’s License & clean background required
