The Role

Choice Home Warranty (CHW) is a Real Estate technology and solutions services firm that helps Realtors, investors, property managers, and homeowners navigate complex property transactions with ease.

We’re looking for a motivated Account Executive to join our Jackson-based sales team. If you're energized by helping clients and driven to meet ambitious sales goals, we want to hear from you.

In this role, you'll manage and grow relationships with new and existing clients. Your work will be central to our continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain client relationships through thoughtful account management.
• Identify new business opportunities and engage in outreach efforts.
• Analyze market trends and competitors to guide your approach.
• Negotiate terms and close sales that meet both client and company goals.
• Work closely with other departments to deliver tailored solutions.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and resolve issues.
• Attend training sessions to stay up-to-date on products and sharpen your sales approach.

Benefits:

• Base salary $42,000–$50,000 depending on experience
• Commission based on gross revenue (1st year potential $80K–$120K)
• Long-term income potential of $300K+

The Person

• Experience in sales, ideally within real estate—or eager to learn.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Confident negotiator who can influence decisions.
• Analytical thinker who understands client needs and market dynamics.
• Skilled in account management and long-term client care.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
