We’re looking for an enthusiastic Account Executive to join our Nashville sales team. If you're focused on results and enjoy working with clients, you’ll thrive in this role. You’ll oversee a portfolio of new and existing clients, helping grow accounts and deliver results that align with both client and company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain client relationships through thoughtful account management.
  • Identify new business opportunities and engage in outreach efforts.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to guide your approach.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales that meet both client and company goals.
  • Work closely with other departments to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and resolve issues.
  • Attend training sessions to stay up-to-date on products and sharpen your sales approach.

Benefits:

  • Base salary $42,000–$50,000 depending on experience
  • Commission based on gross revenue (1st year potential $80K–$120K)
  • Long-term income potential of $300K+

The Person

  • Experience in sales, ideally within real estate—or eager to learn.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Confident negotiator who can influence decisions.
  • Analytical thinker who understands client needs and market dynamics.
  • Skilled in account management and long-term client care.
  • Must have a valid Driver's License.
