Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute technology strategies that align with the organization’s objectives, working closely with senior management.
  • Manage the IT team responsible for maintaining IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and cloud services.
  • Lead digital transformation efforts, including modernizing legacy systems and implementing digital solutions to enhance user experiences and streamline processes.
  • Stay informed on emerging technologies (e.g., AI, machine learning, IoT) and assess their potential to drive innovation.
  • Safeguard data assets and ensure compliance with relevant regulations, such as GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the IT team, fostering professional development and a positive work environment.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand technology needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

The Person

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (Master's or MBA preferred).
  • At least 10 years of experience in IT management.
  • Strong proficiency in M365, Azure, SharePoint, Teams, and Intune.
  • Expertise in IT systems, infrastructure, and architecture.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data analytics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Leadership and organizational skills to manage a growing IT team and collaborate effectively across departments.
