Psychotherapist – $76,000 – $100,000 – Raleigh, NC

The Role

We are seeking a licensed Psychotherapist to join the North Carolina National Guard's Integrated Behavioral Health System (IBHS) team in Raleigh. In this role, you'll support service members and their families through clinical assessment, crisis intervention, evidence-based therapy, and case management. This is a full-time, in-person position, with 40 hours per week on average and additional on-call responsibilities shared across the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver trauma-informed therapy, including CPT, EMDR, and PE
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide in-person and telehealth support
• Maintain clinical documentation and adhere to HIPAA standards
• Participate in a shared on-call rotation supporting a 24/7 helpline
• Travel to other NC National Guard sites and events as needed
• Liaise with military command, community organizations, and other care providers 

The Person

• Master's in a behavioral health or social science field
• NC state license as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT (independent provider level)
• Minimum 3 years’ post-licensure experience
• Skilled in trauma-focused therapies and case management
• Familiar with military culture and working within multi-site systems
• Able to travel and work flexibly, including on-call shifts
