This is a hybrid role, based partly in our Concord office and partly from home.

If you're ready to make a difference and support homeownership across New Hampshire, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Compliance/BSA Officer with routine checks and audits
  • Review documentation for completeness and compliance
  • Manage post-closing construction loan disbursements
  • Provide back-up for the Loan Closing Administrator and Loan Servicing Coordinator
  • Support the policy management process and quarterly control audits
  • Assist with annual compliance audit preparation
  • Respond to routine customer queries or complaints

  • Contribute to process updates and documentation as we scale

The Organization:

Established in 1983, The New Hampshire Community Loan Fund stands as a beacon of community development finance. We’re looking for someone who brings:

  • 2–3 years’ experience in banking or mortgage services, ideally with knowledge of compliance, closing, and servicing
  • Familiarity with loan software (especially Byte) and loan documentation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
  • A self-motivated approach, with a team-first mindset
  • An understanding of confidentiality and a professional manner
  • Bilingual fluency is a plus
  • A commitment to equity, inclusion, and community
