Deck Builder - Carpentry & Framing – $26 to $40 per hour + Benefits – Grand Rapids, MI

Key Responsibilities:

• Constructing decks from start to finish, including building foundations, framing, installing decking boards and railings.
• Working with a variety of carpentry and framing techniques.
• Following blueprints and ensuring all work meets building regulations.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Liaising with customers to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction.

The Person

• You have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in carpentry or framing.
• You have a strong understanding of carpentry and framing techniques.
• You are a meticulous worker with a keen eye for detail.
• You are physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Clean background and valid Driver’s License required.
