We’re seeking dedicated Lead Teachers and Teacher Assistants to support the social, emotional, and cognitive growth of children in their early years. You’ll play a key role in creating a nurturing, engaging, and fun learning environment that sets children up for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Classroom Activities: Help plan and conduct creative, educational, and play-based sessions.
• Child Supervision: Ensure the safety and well-being of children, encouraging positive behaviors.
• Daily Routines: Assist with meals, potty training, and personal care tasks while fostering independence.
• Classroom Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming space.
• Parent Communication: Provide updates to parents under the Lead Teacher’s guidance.
• Team Collaboration: Work with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Compliance: Follow all state childcare regulations and center policies.

The Person

We’re looking for individuals who:

• Have experience working with children in a group setting.
• Are warm, caring, and nurturing.
• Possess strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Can multitask, organize, and solve problems effectively.
• Meet background screening and medical clearance requirements.

Have qualifications such as:

• Lead Teachers: 2 years of experience, CDA, or an associate degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Teacher Assistants: High school diploma and 1 year of childcare experience.
