Join VirtualSignature-ID, a thriving SaaS company, as our new Technical Support & Software Engineer. In this role, immerse yourself in our comprehensive platform and in-house CRM. You will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and integration of our systems, providing crucial technical support to our esteemed clients, and imparting training to Super Users on utilizing the VirtualSignature portal effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mastering every aspect of our portal and in-house CRM.
  • Assisting in design, development, and integration tasks.
  • Offering technical support to clients and aiding them with API and configuring portal settings.
  • Conduct product testing, ensuring the functionality and reliability of our portal.
  • Training Super Users on the effective use of the VirtualSignature portal.
  • Completing client due diligence technical questionnaires.
  • Acting as a liaison between Sales Operations Manager and CTO.

The Person

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to prioritize clients’ issues effectively.
  • Quick learner with the capability to train client Super Users.
  • Knowledge/Understanding of JavaScript, PHP, UI, Testing, MySQL, DevOps, HTML5, and SEO.
  • A driving license and use of a car are desirable as the role entails a mix of working locations.
  • Right to work in the UK.
