Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and manage medication in line with regulations and company policy.
  • Monitor and document changes in residents' health and wellbeing.
  • Assist with resident admissions, discharges, and care planning.
  • Provide emotional and physical support to residents.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with policies.
  • Assist with vital sign checks and weight monitoring.
  • Maintain a clean and organized medication storage area.
  • Support staff with training and care delivery.

The Person

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • A qualified LPN with an up-to-date nursing license.
  • Experienced in long-term care or geriatric nursing (2+ years preferred).
  • Knowledgeable about dementia care (preferred but not required).
  • Certified in First Aid and CPR.
  • Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to resident wellbeing.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends.
