Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new food packaging business opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales contracts.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company and its products.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

The Person

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role in the packaging industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong understanding of packaging materials, processes, and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft packages, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
