Peer | King Surveyors is a boutique residential surveying practice based in Norwich, covering Norfolk, North Suffolk, and the city of Norwich itself. We champion the interests of the buyer in the homebuying process, helping our clients minimise uncertainty and, ultimately, avoid making costly mistakes.

The company is growing rapidly and looking to recruit a full-time residential surveyor for an immediate start; candidates must be AssocRICS or MRICS qualified with experience in RICS Home Survey reports.

You would be responsible for our core work of pre-purchase RICS Level 2 and Level 3 home surveys for private clients. We also carry out non-lending valuations for purposes such as Help to Buy repayment, Shared Ownership staircasing, CGT, IHT, and matrimonial, so being a Registered Valuer/VRS is desirable.

You will need good local knowledge of Norfolk and Norwich, a full UK driving licence, and a desire to be part of a rapidly growing firm that is Norfolk proud but has National aspirations.
