The Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Project Manager IV - Low Voltage to oversee the design, integration, implementation, and commissioning of critical IT and low voltage systems across multiple airport terminal projects.

As a Project Manager IV - Low Voltage, you will act as the primary liaison between project teams, airport stakeholders, technology leaders, contractors, airlines, and regulatory bodies. You will play a key role in ensuring systems are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery and implementation of low voltage and IT systems across terminal projects
  • Act as the primary point of contact for airport IT stakeholders
  • Coordinate system integration activities with contractors, designers, airlines, and airport teams
  • Oversee commissioning of IT rooms, network infrastructure, cabling, and associated systems
  • Lead integration workshops through deployment and final commissioning
  • Support testing, factory acceptance testing, site acceptance testing, and commissioning activities
  • Work closely with cyber security teams to ensure compliance with security standards
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and help resolve potential delays
  • Manage project closeout activities and documentation
  • Promote a safe working environment at all times

The Person

To be successful as a Project Manager IV - Low Voltage, you will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Aviation, Planning, Business, or a related technical discipline
  • 15+ years of relevant experience, ideally within airport environments
  • Experience delivering projects valued at over $100 million
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and low voltage systems
  • Experience with passenger processing, CCTV, access control, Wi-Fi, flight information, baggage handling, and building automation systems
  • Knowledge of construction delivery methods including Design-Bid-Build, CMAR, and Design-Build
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Bluebeam
  • CAD or REVIT experience would be advantageous
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, PE, LEED, AAAE, or similar would be beneficial
