Aegis. is seeking motivated and professional individuals to join our Stockbroker Trainee Program in Melville, NY. This opportunity is designed for candidates who are eager to develop industry knowledge, gain hands-on experience, and work toward becoming licensed financial professionals within a regulated environment.

What You’ll Do

• Support senior financial professionals with market research and investment analysis
• Learn about financial products, portfolio management, and wealth management strategies
• Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Assist with client communications and service initiatives under supervision
• Stay informed on market trends, industry developments, and regulatory requirements
• Participate in licensing and training programs designed to support career development

Licensing & Regulatory Information

This position may involve activities that require FINRA registration. Sponsorship for required securities licensing exams may be available for qualified candidates.

Compensation may include hourly pay and additional incentive-based compensation where permitted by applicable regulations and firm policies. No specific level of earnings or career advancement is guaranteed.
