Senior Landscape Foreman - £30,000–£40,000 per year depending on experience - Knebworth, Hertfordshire

Still Waters is a specialist pond and landscape business focused on thoughtful, high-quality work. We are now looking for a Senior Landscape Foreman to join us in Knebworth, Hertfordshire.

The role

This is a hands-on position with growing responsibility. You will support the delivery of a wide range of pond and landscape projects, while helping to maintain high standards on site.

Projects include new builds, refurbishments, repairs, and associated hard landscaping.

You will work closely with the owner, helping ensure projects run smoothly, efficiently, and to a consistently high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver pond and landscape projects to a high standard
• Lead and organise day-to-day work on site
• Maintain strong site standards and attention to detail
• Support quality control and finishing
• Help ensure projects run efficiently and are well organised
• Take increasing responsibility for site performance

We are looking for someone who brings:

• Strong practical experience in landscaping or construction
• A sharp eye for detail and high standards of finish
• A responsible and dependable approach
• Confidence to take ownership on site
• Good organisation and communication
• A genuine interest in quality work

It would be beneficial if you also have:

• An interest in ponds and water features
• Experience within a well-run or structured company
• A desire to grow into a more senior role over time
