CDM Consultant –£50,000-£55,000 + Bonus- London/ Hybrid (2 days in the office)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as Principal Designer under CDM 2015 regulations
  • Prepare and manage pre-construction information and health & safety files
  • Lead design risk workshops and guide project teams
  • Produce and review risk registers and CDM documentation
  • Carry out site audits and produce clear reports
  • Review contractor documentation and ensure compliance
  • Work closely with clients, architects, engineers and contractors
  • Provide clear advice on CDM duties and best practice
  • Manage multiple projects as a CDM Consultant across different sectors

The Person

To succeed as a CDM Consultant, you will:

  • Have experience as a Principal Designer or in a similar role
  • Hold strong knowledge of CDM Regulations and construction processes
  • Have a NEBOSH Construction Certificate (or equivalent)
  • Be a member of a relevant professional body or working towards it
  • Be confident managing multiple projects and building relationships
  • Communicate clearly with a range of stakeholders

Experience in report writing or delivering training would be beneficial.
