Looking for a fresh start this New Year? Join our Edinburgh and Lothian team at our ARC Day Service, where we support autistic adults in all aspects of daily living by providing a structured, meaningful, and engaging environment. We offer a wide variety of activities tailored to individual interests and needs - ranging from creative sessions such as music, art, and cooking to educational programs and practical life skills development. Both on-site and community-based activities are designed to encourage personal growth, social interaction, and enjoyment. Due to the nature of this service, a Full UK Driver’s License is preferred, but not essential.

We’re looking for patient, creative, and engaging colleagues who bring a calm, reassuring presence – who also know how to have fun. Most importantly, you’ll be someone who truly listens and values the voices of the people we support. This is a rewarding role where you will have the opportunity to share your hobbies and skills with our supported individuals.

Why Join Us?
At Scottish Autism, we value the specialist care our staff provide, offering outstanding training and a supportive environment. Whether you're experienced in social care or new to the field, this role provides a fantastic opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute meaningfully.
