Key Responsibilities:

• Process and check sales orders, ensuring all information is accurate
• Keep customers updated post-sale, answering queries and providing clear timelines
• Track deliveries and flag any delays early
• Prepare and issue invoices following successful delivery
• Act as a link between sales and operations to keep workflows efficient
• Maintain accurate records across internal systems
• Support the Head of Operations and wider team with day-to-day admin and projects
